The Stalin Museum on the main square in Gori, in front of the main building which contains Stalin memorabila including his death mask is the house in which Stalin was born encase in neo classical structure.
Classical style architecture encloses Stalin's birthplace in Gori. This was a shrine until 1956 when there was Khruschev's secret speech to the 20th Party Congress. By 1961 when this photo was taken the shrine had been relegated to lower status.
